Force Motors shares hit 52-week low as May 2026 total sales decline 15%

Force Motors share price: Shares of automotive manufacturer Force Motors hit their 52-week low level on Tuesday, June 2, after the company released its sales numbers for the month of May 2026.

The stock declined as much as 5.93% to ₹17,782 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). At 9:52 am, it was down 5.42% to ₹17,880 apiece.

The scrip fell 10% in the past week and 10.32% in a month. Year-to-date, it has descended 14.43%.

Force Motors May 2026 sales data

Force Motors posted a 14.72% decline in domestic sales to 2,560 units in May 2026, compared to 3,002 units in the same month last year. It includes small commercial vehicles (SCV), light commercial vehicles (LCV), utility vehicles (UV) and sports utility vehicles (SUV).

The exports stood at 54 units in May this year, reflecting a fall of 37.21% year-on-year (YoY).

The total sales (domestic + export) in the month under review were at 2,614 units, down 15.35% from 3,088 units in May 2025.

The company had reported a 36.30% decline in its standalone profit after tax to ₹273.67 crore in the March quarter of the financial year 2025-26, compared to ₹429.64 crore a year back.

Its revenue from operations increased 8.22% to ₹2,549.72 crore in Q4 FY26 as against ₹2,355.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Last month, Force Motors had launched the New Force Traveller N Range, comprising delivery van, ambulance, and school bus applications. It comes with an improved car-like experience, including an all-new car-like cockpit with a digital cluster and 9-inch infotainment screen, upgraded NVH for a quieter cabin experience and new ergonomically designed seats. This is paired with an all-new HVAC system for improved cabin cooling.

Further strengthening performance and safety, it comes with comprehensively re-engineered sheet metal structure and lesser body joints through improved design and manufacturing techniques.
