Stocks in the renewable energy sectors were trading mixed on Tuesday, December 3. NTPC Green shares hit their 10% upper circuit, while KPI Green Energy was trading 2.6% higher. ACME Solar stock was up 2.6%.
Shares of Waaree Energies, Adani Green, and Premier Energies were down 0.67%, 0.99% and 2.85%, respectively.
On Monday, the company, in an exchange filing, said it had bagged two solar module supply orders of 525 MW (megawatt) from renewable power firms.
"Waaree Energies has secured orders for module supply 364 MWp and 160 MWp from prominent companies," it said.
Since listing, NTPC Green Energy share price has gained 31.5% from the issue price.
"KPI Green Energy announces the receipt of its largest-ever order for setting up of 300 MW AC (alternate current)/405 MW DC (direct current) ground mounted solar PV plant from Coal India Limited," the company said in a regulatory filing.
Adani Green Energy stock is down 0.99% to ₹1,314.8 per share on the NSE.
Last week, Gautam Adani, the chairman of the Adani Group, said his conglomerate was dedicated to compliance and "every attack makes us stronger" amid recent bribery allegations in the US.
Premier Energies shares slumped 3.27% to ₹1,203 on the NSE. The market capitalisation stands at ₹54,228.16 crore.
Intraday, the stock declined up to 3.9%.
