Upcoming dividends, stock splits, and bonuses this week: The holiday-shortened week will see at least 13 corporate actions, ranging from dividend, bonus, stock split and right issue of equity shares, according to the BSE website.

Companies that will trade ex-date for various corporate actions this week include TVS Motor Company, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency, Aster DM Healthcare, Chennai Petroleum Corporation, IRB Infrastructure Developers and TVS Holdings, among others.

"The interim dividend declared will be paid to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and / or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on 31st March 2026, being the Record Date fixed by the Company for this purpose. The dividend payment will be made within a period of 30 days from the declaration of interim dividend, as provided in the Companies Act, 2013," the company said in an exchange filing.

Meanwhile, Hindalco Industries will consider and recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, in a board meeting on May 22. The company will also declare its financial results on the same day.
