TCS: India's largest IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services, reported an 11.95% increase in its latest October-December quarter consolidated net profit to ₹12,380 crore. In the year-ago period, it had posted a post-tax profit of ₹11,058 crore. Sequentially, the net profit was up 3.95%.

Revenue from operations grew 5.59% to ₹63,973 crore in the reporting quarter, compared to ₹60,583 crore a year back. Sequentially, it fell 0.4%. New order bookings reached USD 10.2 billion, up from USD 7.9 billion a year ago.

IREDA: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) posted a 27% jump in its profit after tax to ₹425.38 crore in Q3 FY25 as against ₹335.53 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal. The revenue from operation grew 35.6% to ₹1,698.45 crore in the quarter under review, compared to ₹1,252.85 crore a year back.

Adani Wilmar: The Gautam Adani-led Adani Group will raise ₹7,148 crore from the sale of up to 20% stake in FMCG major Adani Wilmar in the open market as part of its strategy to exit non-core activities to focus on infrastructure business.

According to an exchange filing, the conglomerate will offload 17.54 crore equity shares in the firm on Friday, January 10 (to non-retail investors) and on Monday, January 13 (to retail investors) at a floor price of ₹275 apiece. The offer for sale (OFS) will have an option to sell an additional 8.44 crore shares.

Mahanagar Gas: The domestic gas at APM (Administered Price Mechanism) price to the company has been increased by 26% effective January 16, thus increasing allocation for CNG from 37% to 51%.
Adani Total Gas: GAIL (India) Ltd intimated to the company about the 20% upward revision in the allocation of APM Gas, effective January 16.

"This upward revision will have positive impact on the Company and will help in stabilizing the retail prices to end consumers," the company said.

Polyplex Corporation: The company's Board has approved setting up a BOPET manufacturing film facility in India with a $65 million or ₹558 crore investment. The proposed capacity addition is 52,400 MTPA for BOPET film. The present capacity is 90,000 for BOPET and BOPP films.
