Worth between ₹5,000 crore and ₹10,000 crore, the project involves a large scale housing redevelopment project in Mumbai. L&T, however, did not disclose details of the client.

The work includes designing and constructing 26 high-rise residential towers, each rising to 120 metres, on a turnkey basis. This also involves structural works, architectural finishes, and electromechanical services.

To meet the project's stringent delivery schedules, L&T said it will deploy its proven large-wall panel precast construction technology. “Under this approach, building components will be manufactured in a state-of-the-art precast facility and assembled at the project site, enabling enhanced quality, productivity and speed,” the company said in a regulatory filing.

L&T’s RCF business vertical has experience in delivering EPC solutions across a wide range of segments, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, and factories.

It has executed projects across industries such as automobiles, new energy, and manufacturing, covering proving tracks, solar panel and battery storage plants, paint and chemical units, glass plants, food processing facilities, and other complex industrial structures.

Last week, L&T’s manufacturing arm had secured a series of international large orders worth between ₹2,500 crore and ₹5,000 crore. L&T Heavy Engineering bagged international orders across Asia, Africa, North America, South America and Europe.

The business has secured orders from Africa’s largest industrial conglomerate, Dangote Group, for a mega refinery and multi-train fertiliser expansion projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia.

Furthermore, L&T will declare its results for the quarter ended June 2026 on Tuesday, July 28.
