Tilaknagar Industries posted a 165% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its revenue from core operations to ₹2,252.42 crore in the June quarter, compared to ₹848.64 crore in the same period a year earlier, as per the consolidated financial statements.

Tilaknagar Industries posted a 64% year-on-year (YoY) drop in its consolidated net profits to ₹31.59 crore in the April to June quarter of the financial year 2026-27, compared to ₹88.50 crore in the same period a year earlier, according to the NSE filings.

This means that every eligible shareholders will receive the ₹5.5 per share dividend payment till one day ahead of the record date. The company also disclosed that the payment will be made to the shareholders on or before August 25, 2026.

"The company has fixed Friday, July 31, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2026-27," the company said in its NSE filing.

Coal India's board of directors after their board meeting on Monday declared a ₹5.5 per share interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27.

This means every eligible shareholder will receive an interim dividend payment of ₹5.5 per share for every stock they own in the company, up to one day ahead of the official record date for the corporate action.

"The Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 27, 2026 has inter alia, declared Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27 @ ₹5.50 per equity share on the face value of ₹10 as recommended by the Audit Committee of CIL at its meeting held on date," the company informed the stock exchange.
