Global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company Kalpataru Projects International Ltd has received new orders and notification of awards of ₹3,526 crore.

The stock was trading 0.48% lower at ₹1,358.50 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 3:02 pm.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹1,479.60 per share on June 23, 2026, while its 52-week low of ₹1,007.10 apiece was recorded on March 23, 2026.

The scrip has gained 3.12% in the past week and 4.55% in a month. Year-to-date, it has advanced 12.98%.

The details of the new orders are as follows:

  • EPC order for an industrial unit in India
  • Residential building orders in India
  • Orders in the Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business in India

Manish Mohnot, MD and CEO, Kalpataru Projects, said, "We are delighted with the strong order momentum in our T&D and B&F businesses. These wins include significant order in the domestic T&D market, which further strengthens our presence in the high growth India T&D India. Additionally, our B&F business has enhanced its capabilities by securing a significant EPC order for an industrial plant from a prestigious Indian client along with repeat orders in the residential buildings space with reputed developers."

"With these additions, our year-to-date order intake for FY27 has crossed ₹11,000 crores, which will meaningfully contribute to our future growth," he added.

Kalpataru Projects Q1 results

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd on Friday reported a 45.85% increase in consolidated net profit at ₹311.53 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company had posted a consolidated net profit of ₹213.59 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹6,407.97 crore in the quarter under review, up 3.84% from ₹6,171.17 crore in the year-ago period, it added.

EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation) rose 7% YoY to ₹562 crores in the latest June quarter. EBITDA margin at 8.8%, up by 30 bps in the quarter under review.
