Several companies, including Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Tata Power Company Ltd, will reward shareholders with dividends. The companies have set Tuesday, June 23, as the record date. Hence, Monday, June 22, is the last day to buy these stocks to become eligible for the dividend payout.

Anand Rathi Share And Stock Brokers, Indian Hotels Company, Dalmia Bharat, Fredun Pharmaceuticals and Thyrocare Technologies will also be in focus on Monday.

According to the standard settle cycle (T+1), the equity shares settle a business day after the trade. This means that the stock with the dividend record date of June 23 needs to be purchased to be today to appear in the Demat account tomorrow and become eligible for the payout.

Asian Paints has recommended a final dividend of ₹23 per share of the face value of ₹1 each for FY26, subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing annual general meeting on July 9. The record date is June 23. The dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on or after July 13.

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per share of ₹1 each for the year ending March 2026, subject to approval of shareholders in the upcoming annual general meeting. The record date is June 23.

"The company had earlier paid an interim dividend of ₹19 per share on 20th November, 2025. The total dividend for the said period amounts to ₹41 per equity share of face value of ₹1 each," HUL said.
