Upcoming dividends, bonuses, buy backs this week: Corporation actions of several key companies, including Life Insurance Corporation of India, Bajaj Auto, Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever Ltd and IndusInd Bank, will take place this week, according to the data on the BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange) website.

Anand Rathi Share And Stock Brokers, Dalmia Bharat, Tata Power, Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd, Dr Lal PathLabs, Indian Hotels Company, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India, Sona BLW Precision Forgings, Thyrocare Technologies and Wheels India will also remain in focus.

State-run insurer LIC has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share of ₹10 each for the year ending March 2026, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting. The record date is June 25.

Paintmaker Asian Paints has recommended a dividend of ₹23 for FY26, subject to shareholders' approval at the upcoming AGM. The record date is June 23.

"The total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, aggregates to ₹27.50 per equity share of the face value of ₹1 each including the interim dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share," Asian Paints had said in an exchange filing.

Two-wheeler and three-wheeler maker Bajaj Auto has fixed June 24 as the record date for its ₹5,633 crore share repurchase deal, according to an exchange filing.
