Waaree Energies

Shares of solar PV module manufacturer Waaree Energies were trading 3.22% lower at ₹2,860 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 11:35 am.

On December 31, the company, in an exchange filing, announced that it has received an order for the supply of 1,500 megawatts (1000 MW DCR and 500 MW Non-DCR) of solar modules from a renowned domestic customer who is engaged in power generation, transmission and distribution.

NTPC Green Energy

NTPC Green Energy shares were trading at ₹96.05, up 0.88%, on the NSE. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹80,934.90 crore.

On December 29, the company had declared commercial operation of the ninth part capacity of 13.98 MW out of the 1255 MW Khavda-I Solar PV Project situated in Gujarat under the CPSU scheme Phase-II Tranche-III of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a wholly owned unit of the company.

With the addition of this capacity, the total installed capacity of the company increased to 8,010.28 MW.

Adani Green Energy

Shares of renewable energy firm Adani Green Energy rose on Friday, climbing 0.79% to ₹1,034 per unit on the NSE.

On December 31, the company, through its various stepdown subsidiaries, operationalised an aggregate 307.4 megawatt power projects at Gujarat's Khavda.

With the commissioning of these plants, Adani Green Energy's total operational renewable generation capacity advanced to 17,237.2 MW.

Premier Energies

Premier Energies stock was up 0.31% to ₹849.80 per unit on the NSE.

Earlier this week, the company had announced that it has received new orders aggregating to ₹2,307.30 crore during the third quarter of FY26. Execution of these orders is scheduled across FY27 and FY28.

"This robust order inflow underscores the trust our customers place in our manufacturing capabilities and technology roadmap. As India accelerates renewable energy deployment under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, we remain focused on delivering high-quality solar solutions at scale while strengthening our backward integration and integrated manufacturing platform," the company's Managing Director and CEO Chiranjeev Saluja said.
