Waaree Energies, Suzlon Energy, Adani Green, NTPC Green: How renewable energy stocks are performing on March 25

Renewable energy stocks: Shares of renewable energy companies, including Waaree Energies and Adani Green Energy, were trading in the positive territory on Wednesday, March 25.

This development at a time when there is a sharp fall in crude oil prices and a positive trend in Asian markets, amid expectations of de-escalation in the West Asia war.

Waaree Energies share price

The company also approved the acquisition of an additional equity stake in the subsidiary, Waaree Transpower Private Limited, from the current shareholding of 64.04% (as earlier intimated on October 7, 2025) to 75.10% of the paid-up equity share capital.

NTPC Green Energy share price

NTPC Green Energy stock is up 1.34% to ₹96.98 per unit a day after the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nxtra Data to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards developing renewable energy projects for the supply of RE RTC power to Nxtra Datacenters on a pan-India basis for their captive consumption.

Adani Green Energy share price

On March 23, the company, through its various stepdown subsidiaries, operationalised an aggregate 510.1 MW power projects at Gujarat's Khavda. "With commissioning of these plants, AGEL’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 17,982.3 MW," it said.

Suzlon Energy share price

Suzlon Energy advanced 3.78% to ₹42.59 per unit on the NSE. It has a market capitalisation of ₹58,396.91 crore.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹74.30 apiece on May 30, 2025, while a year's low of ₹38.19 per share was recorded on March 9, 2026.
