At 10:15 am, the stock was up 1.55% at ₹2,961 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The company's market capitalisation stands at ₹84,963.37 crore.

This comes after the company bagged an order for the supply of 500 MW solar modules from a renowned domestic customer who is a solar power developer and an Independent Power Producer, according to an exchange filing on February 23.

The order will be executed in the financial year 2026-27. Waaree Energies said that the firm has no interest in the entity that awarded the order, and it doesn't fall within related party transactions.

In a press release on Monday, the company's wholly owned unit Waaree Clean Energy Solutions and Zero Footprint Industries Ltd (ZFI) announced the signing of the Electrolyser as a Service (EAAS) Agreement for a 2.5 MW alkaline electrolyser for the latter’s planned capacity addition for green hydrogen in Uttar Pradesh.

They also entered into a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoW) to supply 50 MW of electrolysers through the EAAS route for its multiple decentralised small green hydrogen projects across Northern India.

Shares of renewable stocks like Adani Green, NTPC Green Energy and Premier Energies are trading in the negative territory.

Adani Energy stock stock is trading at ₹964.40, down 0.61%, on the NSE. On February 17, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited incorporated a wholly-owned unit Skyspin Energy Limited.

NTPC Green Energy stock is trading 1.24% lower at 89.22 apiece on the NSE. On February 20, the firm had declared a commercial operation of the part capacity of 158.4 MW out of the 250 MW Solar PV Project located at Ayana Kadapa Renewable Power Pvt Ltd, a unit of Ayana Renewable Power Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned arm of the joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Pvt Ltd.

Premier Energies shares are down 0.57% to ₹771.75 per unit on the NSE. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹34,980.23 crore.
