Premier Energies

Premier Energies shares were trading at ₹1,064 per unit, up 1.72%, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 12:51 pm.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹1,136.40 per share on July 15, 2025, while its 52-week low of ₹660 apiece was recorded on February 1, 2026.

The scrip has gained 0.30% in the past week and 7.69% in a month. Year-to-date, it has advanced 25%.

Waaree Energies

Shares of Waaree Energies were trading 0.52% higher at ₹3,049.80 apiece on the NSE.

On June 22, the company, in an exchange filing, had informed about the resignation of senior management personnel. Sanjeev Pushkarna, the company's chief procurement officer, quit, effective June 19, to "transition to a new professional chapter" that aligns with his long-term aspirations and goals.

Adani Green Energy

The stock was trading at ₹1,500, down 0.74%, on the NSE.

On June 12, the company had incorporated wholly-owned unit Adani Global IFSC Limited to carry out activities of Global Treasury Centre, as per the IFSCA (Finance Company) Regulations, 2021.

Before that, Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Ltd, a wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary of Adani Green, had operationalised solar power project of 50 MW at Khavda, Gujarat.

"With commissioning of this project, AGEL has achieved total operational renewable generation capacity of 19,835.8 MW and total operational BESS capacity of 3,366 MWh," it said in a regulatory filing.

NTPC Green Energy

Shares of NTPC Green Energy were trading 0.8% lower at ₹95.02 a unit on the NSE.

Earlier this month, it had declared commercial operation of third-part capacity of 50 MW solar capacity out of 300 MW solar component as part of the 200 MW RE Round The Clock project capacity located in Rajasthan of Project Sixteen Renewable Power Pvt Ltd, a step-down subsidiary of its joint venture ONGC NTPC Green Pvt Ltd.
