1. Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited

Jaiprakash Power Ventures locked in a 5% upper circuit today at ₹19.04. The company reported strong financials for Q4FY24 and the financial year end of 2024 on April 27. It reported a net profit of ₹588.34 crore for Q4FY24 compared to a net loss of ₹43.08 crore in Q4FY23. Jaiprakash Power Venture operates in coal mining, sand mining, cement grinding, and production of thermal and hydroelectric electricity and has a market capitalization of ₹13,050 crore. In the last 12 months, shares of the company have surged by 224.91%.

2. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd

On Monday, shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions are locked in the 20% upper circuit. Over the past week, the stock jumped 45.36%. Today, it got locked in the upper circuit at ₹80.02 after the company reported that it has been lauded for boosting cybersecurity expertise in the Indo-Dutch challenge. On the same occasion, the Executive Director of the company highlighted that the cybersecurity market is projected to reach USD 273 billion by 2028, which is a CAGR of 10.56%. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions operates as a holding company which engages in software-related activities.

3. Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd

Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd hit the 5% upper circuit today at ₹1,880.65. The company reported strong financials for Q4FY24 and the financial year end of 2024. It reported a net profit of ₹89.7 crore for Q4FY24 compared to ₹2.2 crore in Q4FY23 while in Q3FY24 it had a profit of ₹45.2 crore. The PAT margin has increased by 1,348 bps and stands at 14.7% compared to the same quarter past year. Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd is primarily engaged in manufacturing pumps and motors of various kinds. In the last one year, the stock has risen over 300%.

4. Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd

Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd were consistently hitting back-to-back 5% upper circuits and creating new record highs. This rise was mainly due to their parent company's IPO plans and stock split proposal at the start of this year. The stock rose over 495% on a YTD basis. However, in the last trading session on Friday, it hit a 5% lower circuit. Today, again it was locked at a 5% lower circuit at ₹2,611.05. Waaree Renewables Technologies is engaged in the business of the generation of power through renewable energy sources and has a market capitalisation of ₹27,194 crore.
