Upcoming dividends and stock splits this week: A slew of corporate actions are likely to take place this week. They include dividend, stock split, income distribution, right issue and spin off, according to the BSE website.

Shares of oil and gas company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) will trade ex-dividend on Monday, February 2. The company had announced an interim dividend of ₹10. The record date for the same is February 2.

"The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 23rd January 2026 has declared second interim dividend of ₹10/- per equity share of face value ₹10/- each i.e.100% for the financial year 2025-26. It may kindly be noted that the above dividend would be paid only through electronic mode on or before 21st February 2026," the company had said in an exchange filing.

"Dividend will be paid between Thursday, 26th February, 2026 and Saturday, 28th February, 2026 to those members of the company entitled thereto," it said in a regulatory filing.

On January 31, ammunitions and missile systems Bharat Dynamics declared an interim dividend of ₹4.5 per share for FY26. The company has fixed February 9 as the record date.
