Q1 results today: IRFC, Bajaj Hindustan Sugar Ltd, Vodafone Idea, Hudco, Balrampur Chini Mills Limited, Voltas, SJVN Limited and Cera Sanitaryware, among others.
Larsen & Toubro: L&T Semiconductor Technologies Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T, has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in SiliConch Systems Private Ltd.
Kotak Mahindra Bank: The private lender has acquired 30 lakh equity shares of ₹100 face value each of Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) for ₹30 crore. "The Bank's current shareholding in ONDC is 5.10% of the current paid-up equity share capital of ONDC," according to an exchange filing.
Trent: Tata Group retail firm Trent Ltd posted a two-fold jump in consolidated net profit to ₹391.2 crore for Q1 FY25. The company had reported a net profit of ₹166.6 crore for the quarter ended June 2024.
Bank of Baroda: The public sector lender has increased lending rates by five basis points (bps) on its three-month, six-month, and one-year tenures.
ONGC: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has received a green light from the government for infusion of additional equity capital up to ₹10,501 crore in ONGC Petro additions Ltd (OPaL), conversion of back stopped Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) valued ₹7,778 crore, and balance payment of ₹86 crore concerning share warrants, totalling ₹18,365 crore. "This will change the status of OPaL into subsidiary of ONGC with 95.69% equity stake," the company said.
