Deccan Gold Mines: The company's step-down subsidiary, viz., Deccan Gold Mozambique, informed the company of its first successful export of lithium ore (with a grade of 2.5% Li2O) to China. The total quantity exported was 150 tons sourced from one of its licensed areas in Mozambique. 

"This initial export marks a pivotal moment for DGML as we continue to expand our operations and meet the increasing global demand for lithium, a critical component in the production of batteries for electric vehicles and renewable energy storage systems," the company said. 

Exide Industries: Battery major Exide Industries Limited (EIL) said it has invested ₹100 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions Ltd (EESL), through a rights issue.
Samvardhana Motherson: The auto ancillary firm, via its wholly-owned subsidiary MSSL Consolidated Inc. (or its affiliates), will subscribe up to 36,39,010 Class A Ordinary shares of REE Automotive Ltd. at a price of ₹4.122 per share, translating up to 11% on a fully diluted basis and up to 19% non-diluted basis shareholding in REE Automotive Ltd.
Aviation stocks such as InterGlobe Aviation and SpiceJet are expected to be in focus today. Both IndiGo and Air India's on-time performance stood at 66% in August, while that of Alliance Air and SpiceJet was at 55.3% and 31%, respectively.

IndiGo's market share rose to 62.4%. SpiceJet, which continues to grapple with multiple headwinds and is also now under enhanced surveillance of DGCA, saw its domestic market share drop to 2.3% in August from 3.1% in July.

Zydus Lifesciences, a global innovation-driven healthcare company, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zydus Lifesciences Global FZE, has entered into an exclusive licensing and supply agreement with Viwit Pharmaceuticals (Viwit), an innovation-driven biopharmaceutical and healthcare company, for gadobutrol injection (generic version of GADAVISTTM) and gadoterate meglumine injection (generic version of DOTAREM®) for the US market.
GMR Airports Infrastructure: The infrastructure's passenger traffic across all GMR Airports increased 9% year on year (YoY) in August 2024, to over 10.6 million passengers.

During the month, domestic traffic grew by 7.4% YoY, while international traffic saw a significant increase of 12.9% YoY.

SpiceJet: In a regulatory filing on Friday, the airline said shareholders have given their nod for the special resolution for raising funds of up to ₹3,000 crore. The no-frills carrier, which is grappling with multiple woes, including financial challenges, legal battles, and grounding of aircraft, is looking to raise money that will help it meet various obligations.
Thermax: Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Energy Solutions (TBWES), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thermax, has received a repeat order worth ₹516 crore for setting up another 300 MW energy project from an industrial conglomerate in Botswana, Southern Africa.
Adani Power, Adani Green: Two power companies of the Adani group, Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) and Adani Power Limited (APL), said they have been issued a letter of intent by the Maharashtra state DISCOM to supply a total of 6,600 MW of hybrid solar and thermal power.
Laurus Labs: The pharma company announced the successful completion of the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) audit of its API manufacturing facility at Hyderabad. The audit concluded with zero Form 483 observations, reaffirming Laurus Labs commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Dixon Tech: Padget Electronics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, has entered into an MOU with Asus India for manufacturing of information technology products, i.e., notebooks.
JSW Energy: JSW Energy on Sunday announced that its step-down subsidiary, JSW Renew Energy Two Ltd, has successfully commissioned a 300 MW wind power plant at Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu. The ISTS-connected (interstate transmission system) wind power project was awarded by Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) in tranche X, a company statement said.
