EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹5,034 crore, a YoY growth of 9.1%, while EBITDA margin stood at 43.1% against 41.8% in the year-ago period.
Net loss narrowed to ₹3,754 crore as compared to ₹6,608 crore logged in Q1 FY26.
In a regulatory filing on Monday, BIRET said the company and NCW's Prime Offices Fund have signed binding agreements for the acquisition of a 2,64,000 square feet institutional-quality office space located at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai.
NCW's Prime Offices Fund is a commercial real estate focused fund managed by Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management Pvt Ltd.
"The front-office space comprises three contiguous office floors which will be acquired from a Brookfield private real estate fund through an equal partnership, for an enterprise value of ₹17,00 crore," BIRET said in the filing.
The total revenue grew by just 1.2% year-on-year to ₹635 crore, while the pre-tax profit margin expanded by nearly 2 percentage points to 27.2%, according to a statement.
It was a seasonally weak quarter with once-in-a-decade industry disruption due to ATM (automated teller machines) cash supply, the company said.
"Q1 tested our industry with the sharpest currency-supply disruption in a decade, impacting ATM transaction volumes," its executive vice chairman and chief executive Rajiv Kaul said.
The projects, with a combined capacity of 100 MW/400 MWh, are located at Jeerat and Kharagpur, and were awarded through e-reverse auctions under tariff-based competitive bidding, a company statement said.
JWL subsidiary JEM Energy will execute and operate the projects under a 15-year build-own-operate (BOO) model, it said.
With the latest orders, JEM Energy's battery energy storage system (BESS) order book has risen to around 500 MWh, valued at over ₹500 crore, including commercial and industrial projects.
The net profit stood at ₹125 crore in the quarter ended June 2025, the company said in a statement.
Revenues stayed flat at ₹5,024 crore in the reporting quarter against ₹5,023 crore in the same period a year ago.
Order intake YTD (year to date) stood at ₹6,303 crore across transmission and distribution, civil, renewables, cables & conductors, and transportation businesses, the company said.
Net debt has been reduced by more than ₹150 crore to ₹6,568 crore as of June 30.
Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International, commented, "We delivered a resilient performance for the quarter by maintaining revenues, strengthening our order book, reducing debt and building a healthy growth pipeline, despite a challenging operating environment."
The revenue from operations of the auto components and equipment maker increased 22% for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, to ₹5,842 crore as against ₹4,789 crore in the year-ago period.
Bosch said its revenue growth during the period was driven by strong performance across key segments, with the power solutions business growing 29%, the mobility aftermarket segment rising 9.6%, and the two-wheeler powersports segment recording a 41.4% increase.
