Small-cap software company, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions shares surged 5% to hit its upper circuit during the trading session on Monday, July 13, after the firm signed artificial intelligence (AI) deal with Malaysia-based SpaceX International Ltd.
As per the BSE filing, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions’ US-based subsidiary entered into a five year master services agreement with SpaceX International to explore AI business opportunities.
“Further to the Company's earlier disclosure regarding exploration of AI business opportunities, the Company now announces that its United States subsidiary has executed a definitive five-year Master Services Agreement with SpaceX International Ltd, MY,” Blue Cloud informed the stock exchange.
Shares of Blue Cloud Softech surged 5% to hit its intraday high and upper circuit of ₹21.68 apiece on Monday’s market, compared to ₹20.65 at the previous stock market close, according to BSE data.
Trading volumes crossed more than 1.07 crore equity shares during Monday’s trading session BSE, compared to a two-week average of 63.77 lakh shares, as per the exchange data.
The company’s stock closed 4.8% higher at ₹21.66 after Monday’s trading session.
As part of the agreement, Blue Cloud Softech USA will provide AI infrastructure, cloud-native AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, AI consulting, AI integration, AI operations, among other things to SpaceX International.
The company also said that the commercial terms, pricing, implementation schedules and customer-specific operational information will remain confidential based on the mutual agreement between the companies.
Investors should also be aware that SpaceX International Ltd, based out of Malaysia is not linked to billionaire Elon Musk-led US-based space-tech company SpaceX, in any way, and even though the names are similar both companies are completely unrelated entities.
“The execution of this Master Services Agreement is an important step in the expansion of our global AI business. It establishes a long-term framework through which BCSSL-USA can deliver enterprise AI solutions and AI infrastructure services at scale,” said Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Group.
Blue Cloud Softech shares have delivered more than 465% returns to investors in the last five years, but the company shares have lost 35% in the last one year period, according to the exchange data.
On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, shares of Blue Cloud Softech have gained 2%, have risen 9% in the last six months, and were up 195 in the last one month period, as per BSE data.
The company’s stock was trading flat over the last five market sessions on the stock exchange.
Blue Cloud Softech’s stock surged to their 52-week high of ₹38 on November 6, 2025, while the 52-week low was at ₹16.51 on January 27, 2026, according to the exchange data. The company’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at ₹1,631.17 crore as of the trading close on Monday, July 13, 2026.
