Mamaearth’s parent company, Honasa Consumer announced its April to June quarter earnings report for the financial year 2026-27 on Thursday, August 13, as the firm recorded a 118% growth in overall profits in the period with key support from the revenues gains.

NSE filings showed that Honasa Consumer recorded a 118% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its consolidated net profit to ₹90 crore in the first quarter of FY27, in comparison to ₹41 crore in the same period a year earlier.

On a sequential basis, the personal care company’s net profits surged 30% to its June quarter level, from ₹69.74 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year ended 2025-26.

The company’s revenue from core operations advanced 27% YoY to ₹756 crore in the June quarter, from ₹595 crore in the same period a year earlier, as per the consolidated statements.

Honasa Consumer reported its Q1 earnings at the end of the market operating hours on August 13, and the company shares will be in focus of investors on Friday, August 14, 2026.

Shares of the company ended 2.58% higher at ₹479.45 apiece on Thursday’s market, in comparison to ₹467.40 apiece at the previous equity market close, as per NSE data.

Margin gains

As per the NSE filings, Honasa Consumer’s operational-level earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to 140% YoY to ₹110 crore in the period under review, compared to ₹46 crore in the same period a year earlier.

The data further showed that the personal care company’s EBITDA margins expanded to 14.57% in the June quarter, from 7.69% in the same period of the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

69% gains YTD

Honasa Consumer shares have delivered around 68% returns to investors in the last one-year period, and have given 69% back on their investment on a year-to-date (YTD) basis, according to NSE data.

In the last one-month period, the company shares have risen 1.4%, and were trading 2.8% higher over the last five market sessions, as per the exchange data.

Shares of Honasa Consumer surged to their 52-week high of ₹491.35 apiece on July 14, 2026, while the 52-week low was at ₹248.40 apiece on December 11, 2025. The company’s market capitalisation (m-cap) was at ₹15,616 crore as of the stock market close on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
