Renewable energy stocks were trading mixed on Thursday, August 13. Waaree Energy shares advanced 0.45% to ₹2,678.90 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 2:17 pm. Its market capitalisation stands at ₹77,033.03 crore.

ACME Solar Holdings shares advanced 0.34% to ₹373.85. On Wednesday, the company announced that it had completed the refinancing of ₹2,147 crore by redeeming existing NCDs issued by 12 operational special purpose vehicles, reflecting a cumulative capacity of 450 MW, in August 2021 under the Restricted Group (RG) Structure.

Simultaneously, the underlying offshore dollar bonds under the orphan structure has also been fully redeemed. The total financing raised so far during the financial year 2026-27 to ₹8,198 crore.

"RG Structure comprises of 12 Operational Solar Assets, with 56% of the overall capacity being tied up with Central Utilities viz. SECI and NTPC and rest capacity tied up with various State offtakers. RG structure is provisionally rated as AA- from CARE ratings which demonstrates credit rating agency comfort on the operational and financial parameters of these assets," the company said in an exchange filing.

NTPC Green Energy and Adani Green Energy shares were down 0.35% and 0.92%, respectively. Similarly, Suzlon Energy also fell 0.19%.

Meanwhile, shares of Premier Energies surged 1.13% to ₹1,037.70 apiece.

Juniper Green Energy stock was trading 0.16% lower at ₹252.50 per unit. On Wednesday, the company announced that it has commissioned 167 megawatts (MW) of wind capacity across five projects in multiple phases since July 1, 2026. This takes the total operational capacity to 2,575 MWp from 2,408 MWp.

The firm achieved this capacity by commissioning 37 wind turbines across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan, comprising 27 turbines of 5 MW each and 10 turbines of 3.15 MW each, a company statement said.

Juniper Green now has a well-balanced portfolio consisting of 2,114 MWp of solar, 461 MW of wind and 500 MWh of BESS (battery energy storage systems).
