Premier Energies

Shares of Premier Energies were trading 0.27% lower at ₹1,047.30 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 9:40 am.

On Thursday, the company approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary to carry on the business activities in the battery energy storage system (BESS), battery cell, battery material and related electronics, hardware and software business segments. The name of the subsidiary has not been decided yet, it said.

Waaree Energies

The stock was trading at ₹2,867 per share, down 0.44%, on the NSE. On July 1, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas Inc bagged an international order for the supply of 236.22 megawatt (MW) solar modules from a renowned client who develops and manages sustainable infrastructure solutions, primarily in renewable energy.

NTPC Green Energy

Shares of NTPC Green Energy Ltd were trading 0.66% lower at ₹95.83 apiece on the NSE. Its market capitalisation stood at ₹80,757.94 crore.

The stock had hit its 52-week high of ₹119.95 per share on April 27, 2026, while its 52-week low of ₹84 apiece was recorded on March 2, 2026.

The scrip has gained 0.27% in the past week, while it has declined 5.03% in a month. Year-to-date, it has advanced 0.81%.

Adani Green Energy

The stock was trading at ₹1,540.50 per share, down 0.95%, on the NSE.

In an exchange filing on July 1, the company, through its various stepdown subsidiaries, commercially operationalised the following:

  • an aggregate of 156 megawatt (MW) renewable energy projects at Gujarat's Khadva
  • an aggregate 185 MWh BESS projects at Khavda

"With commissioning of this project, AGEL has achieved total operational renewable generation capacity of 20,141,80 MW and total operational BESS capacity of 3,551 MWh," Adani Green said.
