Equity benchmark indices NIFTY and SENSEX rebounded on Monday, June 16, tracking a rally in Asian markets after two days of sharp decline.
SENSEX climbed 525 points to 81,641, while NIFTY went up by 0.72% to 24,895 at 12:30 pm.
From the NIFTY pack, SBI Life, HDFC Life, UltraTech Cement, Cipla, L&T, Trent, Grasim, and BEL were among the biggest gainers.
Tata Motors, Dr Reddy's, Sun Pharma, Adani Ports, and SBI were among the laggards.
"As per the agreement, SUP will obtain regulatory approvals for selling Tiotropium DPI in China, while Lupin will be the marketing authorisation holder and responsible for the manufacturing of the product," the company said in an exchange filing.
The stock was trading 0.22% higher at ₹2,003.9 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The company had announced a sub-division of one equity share of ₹2 face value into two shares of face value of ₹1 each. The firm also issued four bonus shares for every one equity share held on the record date.
"In the first phase, Omaxe is offering residential plots of 300, 500, and 1000 sq. yards. These will be part of a larger master plan that also includes commercial spaces, a school, an exclusive clubhouse, and community infrastructure," it said.
The stock rose 8.5% to ₹103.54 apiece on the NSE.
The airline's revenue from operations descended 15.69% to ₹1,465.5 crore in Q4 FY25 as against ₹1,738.3 crore in the March quarter of FY24.
The firm, in an exchange filing, said it will develop a premium housing project on a 14-acre land parcel located in Hoskote, East Bengaluru.
"The proposed development is expected to offer approximately 1.5 million square feet of saleable area with an estimated revenue potential of about ₹1,500 crore," it added.
Bharti Airtel share price: Shares of India's second-largest telecom operator were up 1.18% to ₹1,862.1 per unit after it announced the record date for the dividend payment.
The record date for the final dividend of ₹16 per fully paid-up share and ₹4 per partly paid-up equity share is Friday, July 18.
