The stock surged as the company, via its exchange filing, said it has entered into an exclusive partnership with PhonePe for launching its Hotels segment on the platform.

The stock jumped as Subhash Ghai-led Mukta Arts entered into an agreement with Zee Entertainment for satellite and media rights of 37 films over six years. An "assignment agreement and term sheet have been executed between the company and Zee Entertainment Enterprises," according to a regulatory filing by Mukta Arts.
This collaboration aims to enhance the user experience by providing seamless access to millions of domestic and international hotels.
In a clarification to exchanges, the company said, “We believe if claims were a quicker and smoother experience, it would increase the number of people buying health insurance. It would be much better if interests were aligned between insurers and hospitals to give customers amazing claims experience, and we believe that would grow insurance penetration."
