MTAR Technologies' share price jumped nearly 7% on Thursday after the company announced securing a major order from an undisclosed buyer. The company posted robust Q4FY26 results across the board, with strong topline growth and improved operational efficiency.

In the latest exchange filing, the company said that it secured purchase orders from an undisclosed international customer for the worth of $238 million or ₹2,278 crore. The new order is nearly equivalent to the company’s total order book of ₹2,581 crore.

In Q4FY26, the company’s total revenue for the quarter stood at ₹302 crore as compared to ₹179 crore in the same quarter Q4 of FY2025. The sharp rise in Q4 revenue is largely driven by the improved order execution of at ₹294 crore. For Q4FY26, the company’s order inflow remained steady at ₹481 crore, much lower than in Q3FY26.

At the operational level, the company’s EBITDA for the quarter jumped from ₹34.2 crore to ₹61.8 crore, and the EBITDA margin expanded from 18.7% to 20.2%. Improving the overall efficiency level. At the bottom-line level, the company’s net profit for the quarter jumped from ₹13.7 crore in Q4FY25 to ₹44.2 crore in Q4FY26.

For FY26, the company’s total revenue jumped from ₹676 crore to ₹876 crore, and the profit after tax almost doubled from ₹53.4 crore in FY25 to ₹94 crore in FY26. For FY26, clean energy fuel cells and Hydel power segment remained the major revenue contributor to the overall topline at ₹615 crore, followed by Aerospace and Defence at ₹103.8 crore and Civil Nuclear Power segment at ₹23.6 crore.
