The basis of allotment for temperature sensing and heating solutions provider Tempsens Instruments (India) Ltd is expected to be finalised on Tuesday, August 25. The bid finalisation details will be available on the websites of the National Stock Exchange, the BSE and KFin Technologies.

The initial public offering was subscribed 184.07 times, with bids for 2,79,44,59,050 shares compared to 1,51,81,667 shares on offer, according to the NSE data.

The part reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 314.44 times. The quota for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) received 302.88 times subscription. The retail individual investors' portion was booked 60.69 times.

The ₹650 crore initial share sale consisted of a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹95 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of ₹555 crore.

Under the OFS, promoters Amit Talesara, Puneet Talesara and Chandra Prakash Talesara, along with other shareholders Nirmal Kumar Pande and Ankit Talesara, divested their stake.

The Udaipur-based company intends to utilise the proceeds for debt clearance, capital expenditure in electrical heating and specialised cable solutions and corporate general purposes.
