Max Estates share price: Shares of real estate firm Max Estates Ltd hit a 52-week high on Thursday, September 24, as the company entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a proposed Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 9.76-acre land parcel in Ghaziabad.

According to a regulatory filing dated September 23, the realtor said that it will partner with a landowner to develop a housing project in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, as part of the company's expansion plan.

The upcoming project will have a super built-up development potential of approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of about ₹2,500-₹3,000 crore, subject to applicable approvals and final layout.

The proposed transaction is subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, receipt of all requisite approvals, and execution of the JDA.

“The land is located along National Expressway-3 with a buffer green belt, 15 minutes’ drive from Akshardham Temple, and overlooking the green buffer zone of the Hindon River, with superior connectivity from both Delhi and Noida,” it stated.

Shares of Max Estates surged as much as 8.22% to hit a 52-week and intraday high of ₹652.80 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, September 24, compared with a closing price of ₹603.20 apiece.

At around 11:56 AM, the scrip stood at ₹635.05 per equity share, reflecting a 5.28% increase. It touched a year’s low of ₹305.45 per unit on March 30, 2026.

The stock has advanced 10% in the past week and 16% over the month. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, it has soared 38%.
