According to a regulatory filing, L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore (LTEH Offshore) has secured an ultra-mega order from ADNOC Offshore for a major project in the Middle East.
As per L&T’s classification, an “ultra-mega order” translates to an order of more than ₹15,000 crore.
The project will be executed through a consortium arrangement, with LTEH Offshore serving as the lead partner. The project involves the development of multiple offshore facilities.
LTEH Offshore is a leading EPCIC solutions provider for the offshore oil and gas industry.
As the lead consortium partner, LTEH Offshore will execute the major share of the project scope, covering engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of the offshore facilities, in addition to the upgradation of existing facilities.
A significant portion of the fabrication work will be undertaken at L&T's state-of-the-art fabrication yards, leveraging its integrated EPCIC capabilities and extensive track record in delivering large and complex offshore developments across the region, the filing read.

Shares of L&T advanced as much as 0.4% to hit an intraday high of ₹4,042.40 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday.
The scrip stood at ₹4,037.90 per equity share, marking a 0.32% jump, at around 11:36 AM.
It has risen 5% over the past week but lost more than 2% on a year-to-date (YTD) basis. While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹4,440 on February 24, 2026, it reached a year’s low of ₹3,288.10 apiece on March 23, 2026.
L&T posted a 13.98% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit (attributable to the owners of the company) to ₹4,122.85 crore in the first quarter of the 2026-27 financial year (Q1 FY27), compared with ₹3,617.19 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The company recorded a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹67,942 crore during the quarter under review, marking a 6.69% YoY jump from ₹63,679 crore in the June quarter of FY26 (Q1 FY26).
At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, fell 3% YoY to ₹6,116 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as against ₹6,318 crore in the year-ago period.
Its EBITDA margin contracted by 90 basis points (bps) YoY to 9% for the reporting quarter, from 9.9% in the June FY26 quarter.
