Kalpataru Projects shares climb 5% to 52-week high on announcing record date for dividend; check AGM schedule

Kalpataru Projects International share price: Shares of Kalpataru Projects International advanced as much as 4.6% to hit a 52-week high of ₹1,364.20 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, June 16, after announcing the record date for its final dividend, along with determining the date for hosting the annual general meeting (AGM).

At around 11:08 AM, the stock was trading 4.06% higher at ₹1,356.90 per equity share. The scrip touched a year’s low of ₹1,007.10 apiece on March 23, 2026.

The share has jumped 3% in the past week and 7% over the month. On a year-to-date basis, it has soared 12%.

According to a regulatory filing, the company’s board of directors, at a meeting held on June 15, fixed Monday, June 29, as the record date for its final dividend of ₹11 per equity share (550%).

The final dividend will be paid on or before Thursday, August 13, 2026, if declared, the company stated.

AGM date

Kalpataru Projects International’s board has scheduled its 45th AGM to be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 12:30 PM, through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM).

Furthermore, the company set Wednesday, July 08, 2026, as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the notice of the 45th AGM.

Order win

Kalpataru Projects International, along with its international subsidiaries, secured new orders of approximately ₹2,002 crore, according to a regulatory filing dated June 1.

The project awards include orders in the power transmission & distribution (T&D) business in the overseas market, orders in the buildings and factories (B&F) business in India, and an order in the railways business in India.

Kalpataru Projects International Q4 results

The EPC firm reported a 92.63% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹434.21 crore in the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26), compared with ₹225.41 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year.

Its revenue from operations rose 10.06% YoY to ₹7,777.90 crore during the quarter under review, as against ₹7,066.77 crore in the March quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q4 FY25).
