At 01:07 pm, the S&P BSE SENSEX was trading at 79,711.37 levels, up 668 points, or 0.84%, while the broader NIFTY50 index of the NSE was ruling at 24,107.15 levels, up 193 points, or 0.81%.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL): Shares of Zee Entertainment Enterprises surged as much as 7.78% to hit a high of ₹132.69 apiece on the NSE on Friday after the company's shareholders rejected a proposal to reappoint Punit Goenka as director.

In a regulatory filing on Thursday, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) said that the resolution to reappoint Goenka as director was defeated in the company's annual general meeting (AGM).

Only 49.54% of the votes cast supported the resolution, while 50.4% voted against Goenka's reappointment as director.

Easy Trip Planners: Shares of Easy Trip Planners (EaseMyTrip.com) zoomed as much as 16.48% to ₹19.01 apiece on the BSE on Friday, November 29, a day after the company unveiled EMT Desk, an all-in-one platform tailored to transform corporate travel. 

Meanwhile, in October, the company said its board had approved the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. The stock is trading ex-bonus today as the company had fixed November 29 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility.

Reliance Industries (RIL): Shares of Reliance Industries (RIL) were trading 1.55% higher at ₹1,291.10 apiece on the BSE, a day after the company acquired a 21% stake in Wavetech Helium Inc. for $12 million, the company revealed in a regulatory filing dated November 28.

Enviro Infra Engineers: Shares of sewage treatment solutions provider Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd were listed with a premium of nearly 49% against the issue price of ₹148 on Friday.

The stock started the trade at ₹218, a jump of 47.29% from the issue price on the BSE. Later, it soared 57.77% to ₹233.50.

On the NSE, the stock listed at ₹220, surging 48.64%.

Adani Green: Shares of Adani Green were trading nearly 18% higher at ₹1,283 apiece on the BSE, while Adani Energy Solutions was up 14% at ₹827 on the BSE. 

Shares of all 11 listed Adani Group firms rallied in the trade today as Abu Dhabi's International Holding Company (IHC), one of the largest sovereign funds that manages assets close to $100 billion, has reaffirmed its support to the Adani Group, saying its outlook on investments in the group remains unchanged despite the US indictment of the conglomerate's founder chairman, Gautam Adani.

"Our partnership with the Adani Group reflects our confidence in their contributions to the green energy and sustainability sectors," IHC, one of the Adani Group's key foreign investors, said in a statement.

CreditAccess Grameen: Shares of CreditAccess Grameen were trading over 8% lower at ₹906.05 apiece on the BSE. The stock took a beating as, according to reports, international brokerage Goldman Sachs has turned bearish on the stock. 

According to the broking house, the earnings visibility for CreditAccess Grameen is murky since the asset quality remains a concern.

Poonawalla Fincorp: The stock was trading 6.65% lower at ₹348.75 on the BSE. Formerly Magma Fincorp, Poonawalla Fincorp is an Indian non-banking financial company (NBFC) engaged in consumer and MSME financing. It is headquartered in Pune and is part of the Cyrus Poonawalla Group.
NCC: Shares of NCC, the public sector undertaking (PSU) in the construction and infrastructure space, rallied up to 4.96% in the opening deals on Friday, November 29, a day after the firm received a letter of acceptance (LoA) dated November 28, 2024, from the Ken-Betwa Link Project Authority.

The LoA is regarding the selection of the company as the successful bidder for the EPC execution of the Daudhan Dam under the Ken-Betwa Link Project. 

The total price for the contract shall be ₹3,389.49 crore (excluding GST). 

Honasa Consumer: The stock of Honasa Consumer, the parent firm of Mamaearth, a beauty and personal care brand, was trading over 5% higher at ₹264.65 on the BSE. As per the BSE data, the stock has zoomed around 18% in the past week.
