Seven companies that declared final dividend over ₹100 in Q4 FY25; Bosch, MRF, Abbott India top the list

Dividend Stocks: The fourth quarter earnings season (Q4 FY25) is in its last leg. Overall, the numbers have been better than the previous couple of quarters, and based on analysts' views, India Inc. will show improvements in the coming quarters. However, global and domestic headwinds will be the biggest risk.

That said, here is a list of companies that have announced a final dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25 of ₹100 or above.

Bosch

The company on Tuesday, May 27, said that its board has recommended a final dividend of ₹512 per equity share of ₹10 each, subject to approval of shareholders.

"The total dividend payout for the financial year 2024-25 is ₹512/- per equity share (previous year ₹375 (Interim & Final) per equity share)," the company said.

Dividend Payment Date

The said final dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting, will be paid on or after August 18, 2025.

Abbott India

Abbott India, the pharmaceutical firm and the subsidiary of Abbott Laboratories, said in its filing to stock exchanges that its board has recommended payment of a final dividend of ₹475 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 81st annual general meeting of the company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

Dividend Payment Date

The company said that the announced dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on or after Monday, August 18, 2025.

Maruti Suzuki India

The auto major said its board has recommended a final dividend of ₹135 per share for the fiscal year 2024-25.

In its filing to exchanges, the company said, "The Board of Directors at their meeting considered and recommended a final dividend aggregating ₹4,244.4 crore, i.e., ₹135 per share (nominal value ₹5 per share) for the financial year 2024-25, which is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM)."

In the previous year, it was ₹3,930 crore, i.e., ₹125 per share.

Record and payment date

The company said that the said dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2025, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the members as of the close of business hours on Friday, August 1, 2025 (Record Date).

The date of payment of the dividend is September 3, 2025.

MRF Ltd

Madras Rubber Factory, or MRF Ltd, said its board has recommended a final dividend of ₹229 (2,290%) per share of ₹10 each. The company had already declared and paid two interim dividends of ₹3 (30%) each per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, works out to ₹235 (2,350%) per share of ₹10 each.

Honeywell Automation

The company's board has recommended a final dividend of ₹105 per equity share, i.e., at the rate of 1,050% of the face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.

Swaraj Engines

Swaraj Engines Limited (SEL), which is primarily engaged in manufacturing and supplying diesel engines for Swaraj tractors, has announced a final dividend of ₹104.50 for the fiscal year 2024-25.

The stock will trade ex-dividend on June 27, 2025.

DISA India

The company said that its board has recommended a final dividend of ₹100 for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25). DISA India is a leading equipment manufacturer with advanced foundry and surface preparation process technology.
