Dividend, stock split, bonus issue next week: Infosys, Adani Ent, Trent, Tata Elxsi, among others in focus

Several companies, including Wipro, Reliance Industries, Adani Enterprises, Trent, Infosys, ACC, Voltas, Adani Ports, Tata Steel, Canara Bank, and Tata Elxsi, among others, will trade ex-date for an array of corporate actions in the coming week.

Shares of Infosys will trade ex-record date on Wednesday, June 10, for its final dividend for FY26. On April 23, the country's second-largest information technology (IT) services company announced a final dividend of ₹25 per equity share.

Three Adani Group firms, including Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, and Adani Total Gas, will record corporate actions in the upcoming week.

Dividends, stock splits, buybacks this week

This week, on Thursday, June 4, Bharat Forge fixed June 23, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend.

Earlier, on May 7, the company's board had recommended a final dividend of ₹6.50 per share of the face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after July 13, 2026.

Furthermore, shares of Reliance Industries, Bank of Baroda, JSW Energy, Cipla, and BEML, among others, were trading ex-record date on Friday, June 5.
