Ceigall India holds a 74% stake in the joint venture, while Sushee Infra Mining holds the remaining 26%.

The LOAs include road construction projects under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.

Ceigall said that the projects involve the construction of road sections under NH-913, also known as the Frontier Highway. These include the Sarli-Huri section from km 0.000 to km 78.38 and three sections of the Huri-Taliha stretch covering km 0.000 to km 55.725, km 55.725 to km 113.25, and km 160.75 to km 209.90.

The contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity.

The four road projects have construction periods ranging from 36 to 48 months, followed by a five-year maintenance period. Three of the projects have a construction period of 36 months, while one project has a 48-month construction period, the company said in the filing.

Why the stock fell on Tuesday
