Several Adani Group stocks are likely to be in spotlight this week for their upcoming dividends. As many as five adani group stocks are approaching dividend record date and will trade ex-dividend on June 13.
The dividend payouts come after the companies' boards approved the dividends in their Q4 earnings reports. Investors holding shares as of the record dates are eligible to receive these dividends.
Some of the prominent companies like Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports and SEZ, Ambuja Cements and others has rewarded shareholders with final dividend between ₹0.25 to ₹7.5 per share.

Adani Ports shares trade over 1% lower at ₹1,456 per share on NSE. The company announced final dividend of ₹7 per share, along with its March quarter earnings. So far this year, Adani Ports has delivered over 18% return to investors. Dividend record date is June 13.
Ambuja Cements announced final dividend of ₹2 per share after its robust Q4 earnings. The cement maker reported 74.5% You jump in standalone net profit to ₹928.88 crore for the March quarter. Meanwhile its revenue from operations rose 19% YoY to ₹5,670.09 crore. So far this year, Ambuja Cements shares are up 4.4%.
Adani Group flagship company, Adani Enterprises reported mutifold rise of 753% in consolidated net profit to ₹3,845 crore in March quarter, due to one-time exceptional gain from the stake sale in Adani Wilmar. For the entire FY25, consolidated net profit grew by 119% at ₹7,099 crore. The company announced final dividend of ₹1.3 per share for FY25.
Another Adani group company ACC Ltd has announced final dividend of ₹7.5 per share for FY25. The company's net profit declined 20.4% YoY to ₹751 crore, while its revenue from operations grew 12.7% to ₹5,991 crore.
Adani Total Gas, which is engaged in city gas distribution business has declared dividend of ₹0.25 per share. The company’s shares are down 8.6% so far this year. In March quarter, the company reported consolidated net profit to ₹154.59 crore, down 7.9%, while its revenue from operations climbed 15.5% to ₹1453.37 crore.
