Varyaa Creations IPO allotment status is expected to be finalised on April 26 following a three-day bidding process, which ended on April 25.
The ₹20.1-crore BSE SME IPO, entirely a fresh issue of 13.4 lakh shares of a face value of ₹10 each, was booked 3.64 times overall, as per BSE data.
With the bidding over, the investors are keen to know whether they have been successful in receiving shares and that too as per the numbers they bid for.
Varyaa Creations is likely to finalise the basis of the IPO allotment today and the subscribers will have two options to check their allotment status online. The investors can visit the BSE website or alternatively, login to the IPO registrar’s portal to check the share allocation status. Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd has been appointed as the IPO registrar.
Varyaa Creations IPO subscribers will get their shares transferred to their demat accounts on successful allocation on April 29 and the company is expected to initiate refunds for non-allottees the same day.
Varyaa Creations IPO shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date fixed as April 30.

Varyaa Creations IPO price band was fixed at ₹150 per share with a minimum lot size of 1,000 shares. Retail investors were required to invest a minimum ₹1,50,000 to qualify for one lot of buying. The minimum lot size for high net worth individuals was fixed as 2 lots, which required an investment of ₹3,00,000.
