Upcoming IPOs next week: The week starting September 15 will see at least five initial public offerings open for subscription. They include two mainboard IPOs – Euro Pratik and VMS TMT – and three SME offers of TechD Cybersecurity, Sampat Aluminium and JD Cables.

Stock listings scheduled next week include Vashishtha Luxury Fashion (September 15), Nilachal Carbo Metalicks (September 16), Krupalu Metals (September 16), Taurian MPS (September 16), Karbonsteel Engineering (September 16), Shringar House of Mangalsutra (September 17), Urban Company (September 17), Dev Accelerator (September 17), Jay Ambe Supermarkets (September 17), Galaxy Medicare (September 17) and Airfloa Rail Technology (September 18).

Euro Pratik Sales IPO

Decorative wall panel maker Euro Pratik Sales' initial public offering, which has fixed a price band of ₹235 to ₹247 per share, will be open from September 16 to September 18.

The initial share sale is solely an offer for sale (OFS) of shares valued at ₹451.31 crore by promoters with no fresh issue component.

With a price band of ₹235 to ₹247 per share, a lot consists of 60 shares.

Euro Pratik has an array of products serving both residential and commercial applications, predominantly sold under its flagship brands 'Euro Pratik' and Gloirio.

The company’s revenue from operations climbed 28.22% to ₹284.22 crore for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25) from ₹221.69 crore in the preceding fiscal. Net profit advanced 21.51% to ₹76.44 crore for FY25 compared to ₹62.9 crore in FY24.

DAM Capital Advisors and Axis Capital are the IPO's book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India serves as the registrar.

VMS TMT IPO

TMT bars maker VMS TMT's initial share sale will hit the primary market on September 17. The issue, which will conclude on September 19, has fixed a price band of ₹94 to ₹99 per share. A lot consists of 150 shares.

The ₹148.50 crore initial public offering is a fresh issuance of 1.50 crore with no OFS component.

The objectives of the issue are corporate general purposes and debt repayment.

The Gujarat-headquartered company is into the manufacturing of thermo-mechanical treatment bars (TMT bars).
