Godawari Power on Wednesday posted a 37% decline in its net profit to ₹144.78 crore for the quarter that ended December 31, 2024 as against ₹229.26 crore reported in the year-ago period.

Its revenue decreased by 0.9% to ₹1,297.60 crore in the reporting quarter, down from ₹1,308.92 crore in Q3 FY24.

Honasa Consumer on Wednesday posted a net profit of ₹26 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25). The profit remained flat when compared to the year-ago figure. The company's revenue, however, jumped 6% to ₹517.51 crore as against ₹488.21 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Natco Pharma on Wednesday posted a 37% decline in its net profit to ₹133 crore for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25) as compared to ₹212.70 crore in the year-ago period. Its revenue fell to ₹474.80 crore, down 37.4% as against ₹758.60 crore posted in Q3 FY24.

The company's EBITDA decreased by 86% to ₹38.79 crore for the reporting quarter, while the EBITDA margin stood at 8.2%.

Godrej Industries, announcing its Q3 FY25 financial earnings on Wednesday, posted a stellar 77% jump in its net profit to ₹188.20 crore as against ₹106.41 reported in the year-ago quarter.

Its revenue from operations increased to ₹4,824.83 crore, marking a 34.39% increase as compared to ₹3,590.08 crore in Q3 FY24.

Crompton Greaves, announcing its Q3 FY25 results on Wednesday, posted a 28% jump in its net profit to ₹109.84 crore. Its net profit in the year-ago period stood at ₹85.99 crore.

The company's revenue grew by 4.5% in the reporting quarter to ₹1,769.21 crore as against ₹1,692.69 crore in Q3 FY24.

Bharat Forge on Wednesday posted a 16% drop in its consolidated net profit to ₹212.78 crore in Q3 FY25 as against ₹254.45 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Its revenue decreased by 10.1% in the reporting quarter to ₹3,475.54 crore when compared to ₹3,866.41 crore posted in Q3 FY24.

Procter & Gamble Health on Wednesday posted a 25% jump in its net profit to ₹90.9 crore for Q3 FY25 as compared to ₹72.70 crore in the year-ago period.

Its revenue increased marginally by 0.1% to ₹309.77 crore, while its EBITDA was at ₹123.43 crore in the reporting quarter, up 21% year-on-year (YoY). EBITDA margin stood at 39.8%.

Muthoot Finance on Wednesday posted a 33% jump in its standalone net profit to ₹1,363.09 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal year (Q3 FY25) as against ₹1,027.26 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Its net interest income (NII) jumped 43% to ₹2,721.40 crore in the reporting quarter from ₹1,027.26 crore in Q3 FY24.

Jubilant FoodWorks announced its earnings for the third quarter of the current fiscal year (Q3 FY25), posting a 32.6% decline in its net profit to ₹41.04 crore as compared to ₹60.95 crore in the year-ago period.

Its revenue from operations grew by 18.89% to to ₹1,611 crore in the reporting quarter as against ₹1,355 crore reported in the previous fiscal.

Patel Engineering on Wednesday posted a 14.49% rise in its net profit to ₹80.24 crore for Q3 FY25 as against ₹70.24 crore reported in the year-ago period.

Its total income increased by 17.56% to ₹1,265 crore from ₹1,076 crore in Q3 FY24.

The board of PFC declared an interim dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for the fiscal year 2024-25. The record date for the dividend has been fixed as February 28, 2025 and the payment will be made on or before March 11, 2025.

State-owned Power Finance Corporation announced its financial results for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal (Q3 FY25) on Wednesday, posting a 23% jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹7,759.56 crore. In the year-ago quarter, its net profit was at ₹6,294.44 crore.

The company's total income increased to ₹26,821.84 crore in the reporting quarter from ₹23,593.40 crore in the year-ago period.

Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited on Wednesday announced its Q3 FY25 earnings, posting a 54.4% jump in its net profit to ₹44.43 crore as against ₹28.76 crore in the year-ago period. The company's shares are trading 3.68% down at ₹1,623 apiece on the NSE on February 12.

Shares of Kirloskar Brothers rose 3.88% to ₹1,800 apiece on the NSE despite the net profit climbing 44.5% to ₹118.5 crore in the quarter that ended December 2024 as against ₹82 crore in the year-ago period.

Shares of Shree Renuka Sugars declined 7.74% to ₹31.84 apiece on the NSE, a day after the company reported a widening of its net loss to ₹203.7 crore in the three-month period ended December 2024, on lower income.

The company posted a net loss of ₹171.7 crore in Q3 FY24.

Technology conglomerate Siemens posted a 21.5% increase in its net profit to ₹614.6 crore in Q3 FY25, up from ₹505.7 crore in the same period a year ago.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited's revenue from operations climbed 14.78% to ₹6,957.31 crore in the December quarter of FY25 as against ₹6,061.28 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.

HAL announced an interim dividend of ₹25 per equity share. The record date is set for February 18. The dividend will be paid to all eligible shareholders by March 14, 2025.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) posted a 14.13% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹1,439.79 crore in Q3 FY25.

In the year-ago period, the profit after tax was ₹1,261.51 crore.

NBCC shares trade flat at ₹85.35 per share, marginally lower at 0.01% on the NSE. This comes after net profit climbed 25% YoY to ₹138.48 crore.

Shares of Godrej Industries were trading at ₹818.4 apiece on the NSE, reflecting a 2% decline ahead of earnings.

Shares of Gensol Engineering declined 14.81% to ₹599 per unit on the NSE after the company posted a 6% rise in consolidated net profit to ₹18 crore in the December quarter. It reported ₹17 crore net profit in the year-ago period.
