LIC Mutual Fund, Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announce key leadership changes and new appointments

The AMC has announced the following appointments and redesignations:

• Prashant Thakkar, earlier President – Retail Strategy, Operations & Technology, has been appointed Executive Director – Retail Strategy, Operations & Technology.

• Marzban Irani, earlier President – Fixed Income Strategy, has been appointed Executive Director – Investments.

• Sudhanshu Asthana, Head – Equity, has been redesignated as Chief Investment Officer – Equity.

• Rahul Singh, Head – Fixed Income, has been redesignated as Chief Investment Officer – Fixed Income.

• Pratik Shroff, Fund Manager – Fixed Income, has been redesignated as Senior Fund Manager – Fixed Income.

• Mahesh Bendre, Fund Manager & Senior Equity Analyst, has been redesignated as Fund Manager – Equity.

The AMC clarified that all the above continue as Key Personnel, and the relevant sections of SID, KIM, and SAI have been updated accordingly, with all other terms remaining unchanged.

The fund house has announced the appointment of Silky Jain as Key Personnel, effective June 12, 2026. The SAI will be updated to include her details under “Information on Key Personnel.”

Silky Jain (41) holds an MS in Finance and M.Com, and has over 16 years of experience in Indian equity markets, including 11 years with Canara Robeco Mutual Fund covering BFSI, capital markets, and real estate sectors as Assistant Fund Manager. She has also worked with Nirmal Bang Securities as an equity analyst.

These leadership changes and new appointments at LIC Mutual Fund and Baroda BNP Paribas AMC are part of routine regulatory disclosures.
