ICICI Prudential Midcap Fund: Fresh investments capped at ₹10 lakh from October 8

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced a new limit on fresh and additional subscriptions in ICICI Prudential Midcap Fund, with the revised limit set at ₹10 lakh per PAN per day.

ICICI Prudential Trust, the trustee to ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, has approved allowing fresh and additional subscriptions through lumpsum and switch transactions in the scheme up to ₹10 lakh per PAN per day.

The new limit will come into effect from October 8, 2026.

According to the mutual fund, any transaction that results in the prescribed ₹10 lakh limit being breached will be completely rejected. Partial amounts will not be accepted.

The fund house has communicated the change through an addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of ICICI Prudential Midcap Fund.

The mutual fund said that all other provisions of the SID, KIM and addenda of the scheme, except those specifically mentioned in the latest notice-cum-addendum, will remain unchanged.

ICICI Prudential MF declares IDCW for two schemes

Separately, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced IDCW distributions under the Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) option for two schemes.

For ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund, ICICI Prudential Trust has approved an IDCW distribution with a record date of October 6, 2026, or the immediately following Business Day if October 6 is a non-Business Day.

The quantum of IDCW has been fixed at ₹1.60 per unit on the face value of ₹10 per unit under both the IDCW and Direct Plan-IDCW options.

The fund house has also approved an IDCW distribution for ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan – Series 88 – 1303 Days Plan S.

The record date for this scheme is also October 6, 2026, or the immediately following Business Day if the date is a non-Business Day. The quantum of IDCW has been fixed at ₹0.0500 per unit on the face value of ₹10 per unit under both the IDCW and Direct Plan-IDCW options.

The subscription-limit change and IDCW announcements apply to different schemes and have separate effective and record dates.
