According to official notices issued on May 1, 2026, the Commission will visit Hyderabad on May 18 and 19. Stakeholders interested in interacting with the panel must first submit a memorandum on the official website and then request an appointment through a designated online form by May 8, 2026. A unique memorandum ID generated during submission will be required for scheduling.

In a separate notice, the Commission confirmed its visit to Srinagar from June 1 to June 4, 2026. Organizations and associations from both Central Government and the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir can participate. The deadline to submit memorandums and appointment requests for this session is May 16, 2026.

Additionally, the Commission will visit Leh in the Union Territory of Ladakh on June 8, 2026. Stakeholders from the region must also complete the memorandum submission process and apply for interaction slots by May 16, 2026.

For all locations, the Commission has emphasised that venue details and final meeting schedules will be communicated separately after processing requests.

The Commission further noted that similar consultations will be held in Visakhapatnam and other cities across states and Union Territories in the coming months.

Officials have urged stakeholders to adhere strictly to submission deadlines and procedural requirements to ensure participation in the consultation process.

Separately, as per recent updates, the deadline to submit memorandums to the Commission has been extended till May 31, 2026, providing additional time for stakeholders to complete the process.
