Wipro, in its press release, said that the above deal was mentioned in its financial results announcement press release, dated October 16, 2025, for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, with a description of Odido but without naming the company.
The company said that by combining AI and deep consulting expertise, Wipro will help Odido improve customer engagement and satisfaction, improve productivity, and streamline operations to reduce costs. A key highlight of this multi-year engagement is the use of a self-funded model, where productivity-driven savings are reinvested to continuously fund new digital initiatives, ensuring that innovation remains both sustainable and scalable.
"As part of the engagement, Wipro will lead a full-scale modernisation of Odido’s digital and enterprise technology landscape as well as drive IT simplification and automation. This transformation will be powered by Wipro’s WEGA and WINGS AI delivery platforms, part of Wipro Intelligence™, Wipro’s unified suite of AI-powered platforms, solutions, and transformative offerings, and will enable Odido to build and manage a dynamic ecosystem of agent-driven services and solutions that will help improve their service reliability, IT operations, and incident resolution rates," it said.
Additionally, Wipro’s conversational AI chat solution will further enhance responsiveness and resilience across Odido’s technology ecosystem by delivering contextualised, multilingual, and conversational self-service capabilities.

Wipro, one of the leading information technology (IT) services companies, reported a net profit of ₹3,246 crore for the second quarter of the current financial year, up 1.17% from ₹3,209 crore in the same period last year.
On a sequential basis, however, Wipro's net profit declined 2.53% from ₹3,330 crore in the previous quarter.
Wipro's revenue from operations rose 2% annually to ₹22,697 crore from ₹22,302 crore in the same period last year.
Wipro expects its revenue from the IT services business to be in the range of $2,591 million to $2,644 million, translating into sequential guidance of (-)0.5% to (+)1.5% in constant currency terms for the December quarter.
Wipro reported that its IT services revenue stood at $2,604.3 million for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26), reflecting a 0.7% sequential growth but a 2.1% decline year-on-year (YoY). In constant currency terms, revenue rose 0.3% QoQ and fell 2.6% YoY.
