Waaree Energies, NTPC Green, Premier Energies, KPI Green: How renewable power stocks are performing on July 3

Renewable energy stocks are trading mixed on Thursday, July 3. NTPC Green Energy and KPI Green Energy are trading in green.

KPI Green Energy share price

In an exchange filing on Wednesday, the company said the main objective of the SPV is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sale, supply any kind of power or electrical energy using wind energy, solar energy or other renewable sources of energy.

"The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the incorporation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the Company, named 'KPIN Clean Power Three LLP', on July 02, 2025," it said.

On Tuesday, the company had announced that Sujit Kumar Varma (DIN: 09075212) has resigned as the independent director. The firm also announced the appointment of Mahesh Ramchand Chhabria as an Additional Non-Executive (Independent Director) from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030.

NTPC Green Energy Share Price

The stock is trading at ₹105.9 apiece, reflecting an increase of 0.37%. Its market capitalisation stands at Rs 89,234.83 crore.

On July 1, the renewable power giant had appointed Manoj Dubey and Kishore Kumar Hota as chief general managers. Accordingly, they will be considered as part of senior management.

Premier Energies share price

Shares of Premier Energies are trading 0.41% lower at ₹1,052 apiece on the NSE. Intraday, it declined as much as 0.58% to ₹1050.1.

The company's market capitalisation stands at ₹47,421.46 crore.

Meanwhile, NIFTY50 and SENSEX climbed in early trade. The Sensex advanced 336 points to 83,745, while the NIFTY went up by 0.34% to 25,537.
