SUMMARY
Waaree Energies shares settled 0.16% lower at ₹2,170.05 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, the company's net profit jumped fourfold to ₹493 crore as against ₹124.5 crore a year back.

In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, the company's net profit jumped fourfold to ₹493 crore as against ₹124.5 crore a year back.
Revenue increased 116% to ₹3,457 crore as compared to ₹1,596 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Last week, ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited (ONGPL), a 50:50 joint venture (JV) between ONGC Green and NTPC Green signed a share purchase agreement with National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), British International Investment Plc (BII), Eversource Capital and BII South Asia Renewables Limited to acquire a 100% equity stake in Ayana Renewable Power Pvt Ltd for ₹195 billion (USD 2.3 billion).
The market capitalisation of the company stands at ₹1,41,660.02 crore.
The company's net profit surged 85% to ₹474 crore in Q3 FY25 as against ₹256 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
On February 14, Premier Energies Photovoltaic Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Premier Energies, bagged orders worth ₹1,234 crore from existing customers for the supply of solar modules
Intraday, the stock rose as much as 3.92%.
