Renewable energy stocks performed variedly on Wednesday, February 19. Shares of Waaree Energies, Premier Energies, and ACME Solar Holdings climbed.
On the other hand, Adani Green and NTPC Green Energy declined.
The market capitalisation of the company stands at ₹63,687.81 crore.
In Q3 FY25, the company posted a 296% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹493 crore. A year back, the net profit was ₹124 crore.
Revenue surged 117% to ₹3,457 crore in the quarter under review versus ₹1,596 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.
The company's profit after tax (PAT) surged 155% to ₹122 crore in the latest December quarter, up from ₹44 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue from operations climbed 5% to ₹349 crore in the third quarter of FY25, compared to ₹332 crore in Q3 FY24.
Last week, ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, a joint venture between NTPC Green Energy and ONGC Green, signed a share purchase agreement with National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), Eversource Capital, and British International Investment Plc and its subsidiaries to acquire a complete stake in Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited for $2.3 billion.
The company's post-tax profit advanced 85% to ₹474 crore in the latest October-December quarter, up from ₹256 crore in the same period last year.
Last week, the company's subsidiary, Premier Energies Photovoltaic Pvt Ltd, secured orders valued at ₹1,234 crore from existing customers to supply solar modules.
