Upcoming dividends, stock splits and bonus issues this week: At least 17 corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, bonus issues, rights issues, buybacks of shares and income distributions, will take place this week.

Global digital and technology services company Hexaware Technologies has declared the first interim dividend of ₹8.50 (850%) per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year 2026.

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to the first interim dividend as per Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will be May 05. The payment date of the interim dividend will be May 15, the company said in an exchange filing.

Public sector lender Central Bank of India has set May 8 as the record date for the interim dividend of ₹0.6 per share. The company's shares will trade ex-date on May 8.

Upcoming dividends, stock splits and bonus issues this week

Last week, the board of ACC recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per share for FY26, subject to approval of shareholders of the company. The record date has been fixed as Friday, June 12, 2026.
