The list includes names like the Central Bank of India, UCO Bank, NALCO, Hexaware Technologies, Oracle Financial Services Software, Laurus Labs, Ramkrishna Forgings, Somany Ceramics, KSB, and Sundram Fasteners, among others.

Global digital and technology services company Hexaware Technologies has declared the first interim dividend of ₹8.50 (850%) per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year 2026.

The record date for determining shareholders entitled to the first interim dividend as per Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will be May 05. The payment date of the interim dividend will be May 15, the company said in an exchange filing.

Oracle Financial Services Software has announced an interim dividend of ₹270 per share of face value of ₹5 each. It has fixed May 7 as the record date. The dividend will be paid on or before Thursday, May 21, 2026.

The Board also recommended a dividend of ₹2 per share of face value of ₹2 each fully paid-up (i.e. 100%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders of the company. The record date is June 2.

On Monday, May 4, the board of Ambuja Cements recommended a dividend of ₹2 per share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders of the company. The record date is set as June 2.

Last week, the board of ACC recommended a dividend of ₹7.50 per share for FY26, subject to approval of shareholders of the company. The record date has been fixed as Friday, June 12, 2026.
