Upcoming dividends and rights issues next week: An array of corporate actions are scheduled to take place next week from companies, including Persistent Systems, United Spirits, Wipro, KPI Green Energy, Jindal Stainless, Computer Age Management Services, Coforge, Siemens Energy India, Matrimony.com, and Sona BLW Precision Forgings, among others.
"The Board of Directors of Wipro Limited, have at their meeting held over January 15-16, 2026, considered and approved...payment of interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share of par value ₹2 each to the members of the company as on January 27, 2026, being the record date. The payment of interim dividend will be made on or before February 14, 2026," the company said in an exchange filing.

On January 23, oil and gas company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) declared a second interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, i.e., 100%, for the financial year 2025-26. The record date is February 2. The payment will be made on or before February 21.
