Upcoming dividends, bonuses next week: Varun Beverages, Gravity India, Sanghi Industries among others in focus

Dividend, bonus issue next week: The week starting April 6 will witness at least eight corporate actions, ranging from dividend, bonus issue, buyback of shares, and rights issue to amalgamation.

Companies that will trade ex-date for various corporate actions next week include Gravity India, Varun Beverages, Avax Apparels and Ornaments, Unifinz Capital India, Sanghi Industries, Jash Engineering, R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems and Puretrop Fruits.

"The final dividend as approved by equity shareholders of the company at their 31st Annual General Meeting held on April 1, 2026, will be paid on and from Friday, April 10, 2026 to those shareholders whose names appear in the register of members of the company or in the list of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on Wednesday, April 8, 2026," the company said in an exchange filing.

The record date for Avax Apparels and Ornaments Ltd's 3:1 bonus issue, i.e., three bonus equity shares of face value of ₹5 each for every one fully paid-up equity share of face value of ₹5 each, is April 7.

Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of Swaraj Engines will meet on April 13 to consider and approve financial results of the company for the year ended March 31, 2026, and to recommend a dividend for the said year.

SML Mahindra's board will meet on April 20 to announce earnings and recommend a dividend.
