Unicommerce, Urban Company shares jump on expanding partnership to UAE and Saudi Arabia; key details

Unicommerce, Urban Company: Shares of Unicommerce Esolutions and Urban Company were trading in the green zone on Thursday, August 20, as the two companies plan to expand their partnership to the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to a regulatory filing, Urban Company’s Middle East arm has partnered with Unicommerce to power its e-commerce operations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

“As Urban Company expands its footprint across the Middle East, it will leverage Unicommerce's flagship platform, Uniware, to manage its inventory and fulfilment operations that support its at-home service ecosystem,” the filing read.

The platform will help Urban Company maintain real-time visibility of inventory and route orders for service kits and consumables intelligently to ensure reliable deliveries to service professionals across the region, it stated.

Uniware will serve as the central platform to power Urban Company’s supply chain, helping improve stock accuracy, enabling faster replenishment of products and coordinating fulfilment across locations.

The partnership builds on a successful relationship between the two companies in India, where Urban Company uses Unicommerce's technology to manage its e-commerce operations, the company added.

Shares of Unicommerce Esolutions advanced as much as 4.2% to hit an intraday high of ₹90.49 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday, August 20, compared with Wednesday’s closing price of ₹86.83 apiece.

At around 11:05 AM, the scrip was trading 2.71% higher at ₹89.18 per equity share. It has fallen more than 2% in the past week but gained 3% over the month. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, it has declined 25%.

While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹155.80 per unit on September 4, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹78.51 per equity share on March 30, 2026.

Urban Company

The stock of Urban Company rose as much as 1.9% to hit the session’s peak of ₹150.70 per equity share on August 20, as against the closing price of ₹147.83 apiece in the previous session.

At the time of writing, the scrip stood at ₹148.71 per unit, up by 0.60%. It has climbed 5% in the past week and 11% over the month.

While the shares reached a 52-week high of ₹201.18 apiece on September 22, 2025, they hit a year’s low of ₹100.70 per unit on March 4, 2026.
