Cellecor Gadgets Ltd

In the early morning session of Monday shares of Cellecor Gadgets locked in the 5% upper circuit at ₹67.45. On December 26 the company reported that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Dixon Electro Manufacturing Private Limited (DEMPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited. Under this partnership, DEMPL will produce a range of refrigerators for Cellecor, leveraging its cutting-edge facilities and extensive manufacturing expertise.

Earlier, the company reported that it had entered into a strategic partnership with Moglix, Asia’s largest and fastest-growing B2B commerce company. This collaboration aims to expand Cellecor's market reach and leverage Moglix’s extensive B2B and B2C e-commerce ecosystem to introduce our innovative range of consumer electronics and home appliances to a wider audience.

Incorporated in 2020, Cellecor GadgetsLtd is in the business of selling consumer electronic products. The company has a market capitalisation of ₹1,500 crore.

EPACK Durable Ltd

EPACK Durable shares locked in the 5% upper circuit at ₹530.40 in the early morning session of Monday. On December 07, 2024 company conducted the Bhoomi Poojan Ceremony for a new manufacturing plant situated at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh for the production of Air Conditioners and home appliances for Hisense International Singapore Holding Pte. Limited.

Recently, the company reported Hisense has contracted EPACK Durable to set up an advanced dedicated manufacturing facility in India to produce Hisense's range of Air conditioners and Home Appliances. EPACK Durable will immediately invest, firstly, in a new manufacturing facility in Sri City (Andhra Pradesh) with a capacity of 1 million RACs by FY27-28, with initial production set to begin in June 2025. This strategic cooperation agreement with Hisense is likely to garner additional revenue of approximately $1 billion over the next 5 years for EPACK Durable and its subsidiary.

Incorporated in 2019, EPACK Durable is an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) of room air conditioners (RAC). It stands second in production volumes for Room Air-conditioners. The company has a market capitalisation of ₹5,000 crore.

Stocks hitting the lower circuit on Monday (December 30, 2024)

Mamata Machinery Ltd

Shares of Mamata Machinery locked in the 5% lower circuit at ₹598.50 in the early morning session of Monday. On December 27, Mamata Machinery shares were listed with a high premium of 147% at ₹600 on the NSE over its IPO price of ₹243 on December 27. The stock ended listing day at ₹630 on NSE, a 159.26% premium to the IPO price.

Incorporated in 1989, Mamata Machinery is in the business of machinery related to Bag packing, packing, plastic extrusion, parts, etc. The company has a market capitalisation of ₹1,400 crore.
