Sun TV Network dividend: Shares of media company Sun TV Network Ltd settled in the positive territory on Friday, March 6, after the company announced an interim dividend.

The stock ended 0.8% higher at ₹600.05 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Its market capitalisation stood at ₹23,491.38 crore.

The scrip has declined 7.96% in the past week. However, it has risen 11% over the month and 1.52% on the year-to-date basis.

While the share hit a 52-week high of ₹691.40 on April 15, 2025, it touched a year’s low of ₹480.20 apiece on January 23, 2026.

Sun TV Network announces dividend; check record date

The Board of Directors of Sun TV Network on Friday announced an interim dividend of ₹1.25 per share for the financial year 2025-26.

"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., on March 6, 2026 have approved and declared an interim dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share of ₹5 each (i.e. 25%) for the financial year 2025-26," the firm said in an exchange filing.

The record date is fixed as March 12. The payment will be made within 30 days from the date of declaration as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the company said.

Sun TV Network Q3 results

The company had posted a 4.32% increase in its standalone net profit to ₹827.87 crore in the December quarter of FY26, compared to ₹793.58 crore for the corresponding quarter ended December 31, 2024.

The advertisement revenues for Q3 FY26 were at ₹291.94 crore as against ₹332.17 crore for the year-ago period.

EBITDA for the third quarter of the current fiscal year was at ₹409.79 crore as against ₹432.14 crore for the same period a year back.

The profit after tax for the three months ended December 2025 stood at ₹316.44 crore, down 8.85% from ₹347.17 crore for Q3 FY25.
